How often should a person new to weightlifting do weightlifting?
I'm 19, 5ft 5in, female 197lbs. I want while i'm losing weight I have a nice toned body in my arms, legs, chest, stomach thighs, behind etc. How often should I do weightlifting?|||start with once a week for two weeks then twice a week for three weeks then three times a week for as long as you want...
