What is a good supplement to take while weightlifting to gain muscle faster?

I need to know what's a good supplement to take before/while/after weightlifting to gain muscle a little faster. I don't want anything that has bad effects.|||Organic whey protein powder with AMINOGEN !!! (Dr.Merola on youtube has more info about it)|||USN Anabolic mass gainer is good stuff, especially the strawberry cheesecake flavour, but they do do other flavours like ya chocolate vanilla banana etc. With this one, it's different to others like hyperway etc because there's so much more calories in it. There's 1600 calories in one sitting, and you're supposed to have 3 scoops in it and also 1-2 a day. If you use it with milk beware that it sits heavy on you due to the amount of calroies. My boyfriend used it and he couldn't ease a crap out for a good 2 weeks without it wrecking his a*s! lol. So try using water, he has never had a proble mwith it with water. As long as you are doing your exciersizes, as well as weight lifintg doing simple cardio as well like rowing/fast pace walking on the treadmill just a little bit, just because theres so much calories! :) x|||I was never really the biggest fan of protein, but then one time I tried Muscle Milk. It was the chocolate kind, I take it after i work out, it tastes really good, just like chocolate milk. And it is good for after workouts. Hope this helps.
