What weightlifting equipment should i get?
I am 16 and cant get a gym membership or take a weightlifting class at school but my parents said i can get some at home weights and stuff? I want to become stronger and more cut. Thanks!|||All you really need is some dumbbells and a bench press :) everything else can be improvised but these 2 are key as you can pretty much do everything with them :)|||Im 16 to 5'7. I got ripped in about 3 months i used bench press, dumbells, resitance bands,n push up bars. I run 30 min a day at my school track to keep my abs. Just get dumbells that you can take off and add weight to get stronget as you go on.
