How is it possible for someone to have delusions about weightlifting ability?

A) Their weightlifting form is bad

B) They have good form but in comparison to others, they are actually below average

C) They live with their parents and use their fantasy of weightlifting prowess as an escape from reality|||People have delusions about all sorts of things, from areas of expertise to fields of despair. Positive feedback is very important to a person's sense of self, so don't place your standards as a burden on someone else's back (get the weight-lifting metaphor? Pretty good, eh?)

You can always find something positive or encouraging to say to someone.
