What would happen if i stopped weightlifting for 2 months?

What would happen if i stopped weightlifting for 2 months? Would my muscles turn to fat or go skinny. After 2 months i would start again. I play basketball so would i not be able to jump as high cuz i didnt workout my legs?|||u will lose the muscles for sure. i doubt u will gain weight (if that's the answer you are looking for). and you could go running if you want to work out your legs.|||Your strong muscles can start to go away as soon as two weeks if you don't use them. So, after two months of not weightlifting, they would definitely be weaker than they are now.|||I dont know.
