Best pre and post-weightlifting foods for building body mass?

I am trying to bulk up. I have a decent workout routine for lifting weights, since I have done it in the past. So, what I need are some healthy foods that help build muscle (besides protein drinks/shakes, etc.). Before and after weightlifting?|||I always eat tuna and chicken. Milk and weetbix is good too.|||i Strongly recommend protein shakes.If you are very serious about weightlifting and gaining bodymass make sure you consumer 1g of protein for every 1lb of your body. Say your 160 pounds, Consume about 160g of protein a day|||Lot of carbs and protein


You want to gain weight eat lots of chicken or take weight gainers you want to bulk you need lots of clean calories
