Is olympic weightlifting the best type of weightlifting? Are olympic weightlifters the strongest?

The types of lifts for olympic weightlifting is the clean and jerk and also the snatch. Are olympic weightlifters generally the strongest pound for pound? I hardly ever see anyone do the clean and jerk and the snatch in the gym but those lifts look like they work every muscle in the body. They look like hard lifts.|||I wouldn’t say they are the “strongest” they use a lot of technique to be able to perform the exercises with heavy weights. All out strength would be strongmen as they are the most naturally strong. Powerlifters would be stronger in my opinion at static lifts especially as they can also be very light compared to strongmen. Weightlifting is more like an art, requiring perfect technique and flexibility. They are hard lifts to perform and near impossible to self teach which is probably why you never see people doing them, plus usually the bar is dropped once the lift is completed which many gyms can’t facilitate.
