Can I build muscle and get bigger without any supplements or creatine and just good old fashion weightlifting?

Ya know, exercise and weightlifting. No creatine or supplements or anything. Just healthy eating habits and good ol fashion exercising and weightlifting.|||Of course. You will have to increase your total calorie intake though so you take in more than you actually need. Then lift hard. The guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol.





He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant.
